主要职责:

工作职责

  • Establishes effective, trustful, personal relationships with key stakeholders to set joint targets, align strategic initiatives (also across-categories) and identify areas of opportunity for further value creation.
  • Is the contact point for all procurement related topics for his/her business stakeholder community. He/she represents the entire Procurement in the dialogue with the respective division.
  • Demonstrates systemic understanding of business requirements through e.g. detailed understanding of short & long term business plan and challenged, support of StraCo and Budgeting process and reviews, EBIT savings pipeline.
  • He/she connects the business requirements to available supplier technologies/solutions and taps into the supplier's innovation potential and resources by setting up joint innovation initiatives in alignment with the responsible supplier managers.
  • Plans, implements (where applicable) and tracks strategic initiatives (across categories) with responsible division /Area that support business growth and create business value for the respective business stakeholder community and manages the entire Procurement project portfolio. He/she aligns and coordinates the identified strategic initiatives and projects with the respective category managers and/or supplier managers.
  • The job holder acts as a business advisor on commercial topics and proactively brings supply market knowledge to business decisions by collating market data and executive reports and facilitating knowledge sharing across other teams.
  • The jobholder also leads, ensures and monitors the reduction of "Maverick" spend within the stakeholder community.

 

任职要求

  • Master or equivalent degree in science, engineering or business management
  • 5 years of relevant professional business experience
  • Solid background and expertise in Procurement and procurement processes and methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder influencing & engagement skills across cultures, hierarchies and functions combined with strong collaboration and communication competencies
  • Ability to deliver results in complex and potentially ambiguous environments
  • Able to work in a global and virtual working environment and able to coordinate virtual teams (also without r-line responsibility)
