工作职责 - Support the creation of the Mid to Long term Strategy of the Small Holders Strategic Segment in China
- Lead the segment community within the geographic area to drive the cross-functional exchange to provide input into thestrategic planning process and enable the effective tactical execution of that plan
- Support the Mid to long term Marketing Strategy Development
- Responsible to drive the innovation roadmap in the Small Holders Segment in China
- Support the assessment of the R&D VS seed pipeline and portfolio health in key sub-segments
- Monitor the KPI's of the Small Holders Segment for China to drive innovation, profitability and growth
- Steer the portfolio management in the geography (or as defined) to manage the best mix that maximize profits in the 1 to 3 years timeframe aligned to global direction
- Work with R&D to align strategy and deliver on growth opportunities
- Support the Head of Strategic Segment in identifying Market trends and potential disruptors
- Support the Head of Strategic Segment in identifying opportunities for the segment beyond seed(licensing, new crops, CP, Biologics, Digital etc.) that can increase our footprint and competitive advantage in the segment
- Support the segment lifecycle management excellence from a regional/commercial area perspective and maximize the footprint through global deployment
- Monitor and track KPI's to manage each phase for the crops in scope and geographies
- High connectivity with other strategic segment leads to identify and implement Effective Market Extensions to increase ROI of R&D investments and inventory management opportunities
- Support the overall Global Portfolio Optimization process
- Partner closely with R&D and MD to establish the trial strategy and enable the implementation of the trial plan and proactive market extensions
- Feed from Marketing intelligence to evaluate impact of current and future trends and identify and assess opportunities for EMEA/APAC
- Keep updated forward looking high quality of PMT's
- Lead the update of quality requirements from the different markets
- Partner with MD Open Field Strategy Lead and Hort community to Identify tailored solutions beyond seed
任职要求 - BA/BS Degree in business, engineering or related degrees, Graduate
- Degree in business preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product management, market development, commercial in ag industry / food chain (fresh produce, trading, retail),
- Experience in launching new products in BVS, BES, BAH or BCS CP / BS.
- Proven ability to lead in multi-cultural environment, ability to manage complexity, ability to communicate inspirationally, analytical skills, good at monitoring execution, good at partnering and collaborating, resistance to pressure and ability to influence different levels in the organization
