工作职责

1. Take daily operation in order to identify potential issues to TL. 2. Have a good command of BEAM documentation and make proper adjustment catering to process improvement , able to identify the mismatch between current practice and BEAM then update accordingly.

3. Perform and review controls (process, ICS)

4. Provide guidance and training to team members

5. Act as back up for team member as required

6. Support TL on monitoring/influence KPI

7. Contribute to continuous process improvement

任职要求

Education: Bachelor Degree

Requirement:

1. Above 3 years' working experience , better to have related experience in Accounting, S2P, O2C, etc.

2. Good Japanese both written and oral and basic English communication reading and written，korean is plus

3. Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task

4. Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context

5. Familiar with MS office and SAP
