主要职责:

工作职责

 

  • Help drive user adoption of the platform in partnership with the Marketing team by creating communications, training, documentation, and launch plans
  • Help drive change management efforts to deliver consumer centric solutions, by collaborating with development teams and leverage deep subject matter expertise
  • Act as a subject expert for user questions about the digital product features and capabilities in production. Work with Product teams to identify appropriate actions based on user questions or issues
  • Ensure usability is considered within all areas of the Consumer Platform strategy
  • Work closely with product owners, marketers, and agencies to streamline user experience including adherence to accessibility requirements for a given channel
  • Leverage expertise from various markets to enable capabilities at scale in other regions Establish analytics and measurement techniques that ensure value-add of the Marketing Technology solutions
  • Drive innovation, experiment and challenge status quo to bring value to Consumer Health in both digital and traditional channels, including in-store experiences
  • Work directly with vendors/partners to understand digital product capabilities, roadmap, and lifecycles
  • Ensure all investment requests have considered business value, usability, viability, and feasibility
  • Create solutions to complex challenges using a human-centered design methodology that unlock positive business outcomes
  • Improve the usability of a digital product by incorporating user research methods to guide the design, development, and refinement of the work
  • Express concepts by rapidly wireframing and prototyping to illustrate function, usage and intent
  • Iteratively test these concepts with end users and share findings with team using evidence-based research to influence strategic digital product decisions
  • Organize design critiques to solicit feedback and improve design
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, IT Product Managers, and Key Users to refine the UI and workflows of a digital product

 

任职要求

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
  • 6+ years' experience working, ideally in an agile environment supporting the life cycle of software products (development, testing, launch, training support)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and explain clearly to others
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent creative problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve digital product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Ability to think strategically about technology and execute as necessary Passion for CX, UX and design topics
  • Knowledge and experience on implementing CX/UX concepts on digital products portfolio.
  • Strong interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills
