工作职责 - Lead collection of user (both growers and food-chain customers) feedback to product features, UI/UX, and overall value propositions
- Work alongside product management team on collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, and translating that data into product/business insights Lead execution of product launch, A/B testing, process adoption, and metrics tracking
- Act as ground PMO to manage and coordinate cross teams, farmers, and external partners on the ground, and to track the progress and quality of key tasks
- Support product growth manager in go-to-market strategy design, user acquisition roadmap, onboarding process optimization, etc.
- Managing which tools the product team uses (communication, roadmapping, prototyping, user-onboarding, etc
- Act as key advocate to transfer product know-how to the broader Bayer organization
任职要求 - 3+ years of experience working in tech/digital product, consulting or an operational capacity
- Experience of working in a data analytical/oriented environment/project
- Experience of constructing complex interpersonal relationships across teams, communicating product know-how and data insights to different stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Biosystem/Bioinformatics, EE/Computer Science, or other related fields
- Industry know-how in plant biology, agriculture, and/or food chain is a plus but not mandatory
- Willing to travel to orchards/field/customer office (>50%)
