主要职责:

工作职责

 

  1. Based on market intelligence analysis, fully develop crop/territory business in NW China and focus on key sales opportunities to meet sales target.

根据市场情况分析,在中国西北区全面开展农作物/区域业务,并专注于关键的销售机会以完成公司指定的销售目标。

  1. Establish good relationship with distributor/customers, provide high quality service to distributor/customers. Collect and analyze market information, including distributor/customers’demand, and take charge of making sales timely and accurate forecasting (Short term, Medium term , Long term sales target), and drive business progress.

建立与维护经销商/客户良好的关系,为经销商/客户提供优质的服务。收集分析和整理市场信息,包括经销商、客户的需求,制定短期、中期、长期的销售目标,并制定执行方案推动销售完成。

  1. Manage and monitor distributor/customers in terms of sales performance and market maintenance. Develop sales channels in Northwest China. And confirmed sales management regulation, including punctual activity report, weekly report, monthly outlook, action plan.

管理和监督经销商/客户的销售业绩和市场维护。开发西北地区销售渠道。并确定销售管理制度,包括准时的活动报告,周报,月度展望,行动计划。

  1. Assess & manage the ongoing performance of the distribution channel,monitor distributor/customers orders, delivery and inventory to ensure sales can go smoothly. Manage and monitor all accounts in the territory, ensuring timely collections to maintain favourable DSO.

评估和管理分销渠道的持续绩效,监控分销商/客户的订单、发货和库存,确保销售顺利进行。管理和监督区域内的所有账户,确保及时收回款项以维持客户良好的DSO.

  1. Deeply understanding of the crops in the responsible territory, work closely with the Marketing\MD team to develop and execute business evaluations and promotional trials, develop and promote competitive new Seminis products.

对所负责区域作物有较深入的了解,与营销MD团队紧密合作,开发并执行区域内的商业评估和促销试验, 开发和推广出新的具有竞争力的Seminis产品。

  1. Organize and establish appropriate field activities to promote Seminis products through commercial demo plots, grower field days, grower meetings (as required).

组织和建立适当的田间活动,通过商业示范区、种植者现场会、农作物相关会议(根据需要)来推广圣尼斯产品。

  1. Awareness of and Compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct. Work under compliance requirement of company.

  1. Awareness of Bayer’s HSE programs. Adhere to all safe working practices and safety procedures adopted by Bayer.

  1. Other assignment requests from Line manager.

任职要求

技能和经验要求:

  1. University degree or aborve. (Perferable in Agriculture, Horticulture\ Plant science or related).

大学本科及以上学位。(农业、园艺、植物科学或相关专业优先考虑)。

  1. 5+ years in sales business in agriculture (or related).

5年以上农业或相关行业销售经验。

  1. Strong computer literacy skills .(MS Word, Excel, PPT).

良好的计算机技能(MS Word, Excel, PPT)

  1. Outstanding interpersonal skills and analytical ability.

出色的人际交往能力和数据分析能力。

  1. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

流利的英语和普通话读写能力。
