工作职责
a) Accelerate business development in current portfolio and new segments:
? Identify and exploit critical emerging business opportunities and offer products that fit with customer requirements
? Prioritize, developand utilize internal resources to realize short- to mid-term commercial quick wins
b) Build up relation with Enterprise Key accounts and manage their business, and looking for new solutions for them, including but not limit to digital tools and utilization of external resources.
c) Build up connections with value chain partners and seeking for collaboration opportunities to promote Seminis/DeRuite varieties from distribution or retails.
任职要求
? An average of 5 years multi-functional work experience in market development, marketing, sales, product management
? Self-motivated, result-oriented, agility, able to adapt to a fast changing environment
? Strong English skills. Good planning, organization, communication and influential skills;
? Ability to collaborate across multi-functional groups and geographies.
? Strong computer literacy skills, excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
