主要职责:

工作职责

  • Operating internal/external social media accounts on behalf of internal stakeholders (e.g. Wechat, Weibo, Website, Community and etc);
  • Base on business department requirements’ and operation process, complete the social media content push, message interaction, platform construction, activity planning, and so on.
  • Manage fan messages, conduct data analysis, especially AE and PTC relevant issues should be documented and reported timely;
  • Complete the related reports on time, such as Social Media Weekly/Monthly report;
  • Maintain fans, make suggestions for improvement to the business department, share experience, and ensure continuous increase in the number of fans and reading;
  • According to business requirements, analyze and track other social media accounts in the same industry.

  • 负责拜耳对外和对内的社交媒体账号运维工作 (微博、微信、网站、社区等)
  • 按照业务部门需求,完成社交媒体内容的编辑发布,留言管理,平台搭建和活动策划等相关工作;
  • 管理粉丝留言,进行数据分析,特别是产品的不良反应和产品质量投诉需及时上报记录;
  • 按时完成报告,例如社交媒体周报,月报等;
  • 维护粉丝,并向业务部门提出改善建议,分享经验,以保证持续性的提高粉丝量和阅读量;
  • 按照业务要求,分析和追踪同行业的其他社交媒体账号。

任职要求

  • At least one year of social media-related work experience (foreign companies preferred), or relevant work experience in copywriting, media operation and maintenance;
  • Proficient in graphic design/video editing skills;
  • Fluent in spoken English;
  • Customer orientation, strong ownership and able to work under pressure;
  • Quick learner, strong team player and excellent communication skills

  • 至少一年的社交媒体相关工作经验(外企优先),或者是具有相关的文案,媒体运维等工作经验;
  • 熟练掌握平面设计/视频剪辑技能;
  • 英语口语流利;
  • 客户导向,很强的责任心,能够适应在一定压力下工作;
  • 优秀学习能力和团队协作能力,优秀的沟通技巧。
