1.Ensure continuous monitoring & assessment of local and Bayer/BHC HSE regulatory activities, establish and maintain local HSE compliance management system, including Management of Change, PPE management,workplace measurement,medical check and Job Safety Analysis.
2.Advises and support managers and employees in questions related to health, safety and environmental protection, sharing of Lessons Learned and conducting respective HSE training to all relevant employees followed by annual HSE training program.
3.Coorporates with BHC/Bayer HSE functions (global BHC, APAC/China/CC and other local HSE organizations)
4.Supports HSE performance monitoring, BaySiS reporting, BHC HSE audits processes and PPS activities at the site, conduct PPS program with support of PPS practitioner, complete required Process Hazard Analysis and follow up corrective actions in time.
5.Establish and improve fire prevention/protection/fighting concept,including emergency preparedness in regards of fire/environmental
incidents/occupational safety and earthquakes.
6.Establish and improve environmental Management system, e.g. waste,wastewater, waste air supervision management，discharge permit renew.
7.Ensure annual accident prevention program to keep site zero accident record(e.g. regular HSE Meeting, internal inspection), in case of any first aid/medical treatment incident occurs, root cause analysis of incidents and tracking of corrective actions should be completed, GINA notification.
8.Interation and negotiation with agencies/authorities, complete all required official audits and/or reports.
1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Tech/Safety/Environmental or above
2.At least three years’ experience providing safety and environmental expertise in an industrial manufacturing environment.
3.Well understanding of local and global safety standard and regulatory requirements.
4.General computer skills and especially EXCEL,PPT
5.Fluent oral and written English.
